C. Eric Schmidt is the senior partner of C. E. Schmidt & Associates PLLC, a Houston-area domestic relations law firm. Licensed to practice law in Texas since 1980, he has more than 40 years of legal experience. He handled his first highly contested family law case in 1980 and has extensive litigation and trial experience in family law, commercial real estate, business litigation, and civil litigation. For the past 30 years, his practice has focused on family law matters.
