Angela Walter’s

Angela Walter is a Managing Partner whose practice focuses on complex commercial, real estate, and business litigation, as well as corporate and transactional matters. She has served as first- and second-chair counsel in jury and bench trials across Texas and has managed all phases of litigation. She advises business leaders and in-house counsel on risk assessment and case development, bringing extensive experience in trial advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship management.

Walter has represented clients in hundreds of civil cases, recovered hundreds of properties, and represented entities in multimillion-dollar note and asset purchases from financial institutions. Her litigation experience includes defending manufacturing companies, electric companies, national banks, and lenders in disputes involving contracts, trade secrets, negligence, debt claims, and other commercial matters. She has secured favorable case resolutions, obtained numerous summary judgment wins, won two court of appeals cases, and assisted with thousands of judicial and nonjudicial foreclosures across Texas. Her transactional work includes business acquisitions and sales, entity formation, securities transactions, and drafting and negotiating commercial, employment, and licensing agreements.

Born and raised in California, Walter attended Hawaii Pacific University and later worked at a financial firm while investing in real estate and business ventures. She also founded and sold an online retail business, gaining firsthand entrepreneurial experience that informs her understanding of the legal challenges faced by business and real estate owners.
