Adam Curley is the founder and lead attorney of The Curley Law Firm. He represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of litigation and transactional matters, with experience handling contract disputes, employment issues, premises liability disputes, and other business-related legal matters. His practice includes construction, energy, maritime, toxic tort, insurance, personal injury, employment, bankruptcy, and collections law. He also assists clients in the clean energy sector with legal issues arising in this growing industry.
Adam has litigated cases in Texas state, federal, and bankruptcy courts and has briefed and presented matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the Texas Supreme Court, and Texas appellate courts.
