Jeanne Morales

Jeanne Morales is an experienced attorney with a distinguished background in military service, leadership, and law. Before entering the legal profession, she served nearly 30 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, retiring as a Senior Chief Boatswain’s Mate after active-duty and reserve service. Her assignments included serving aboard cutters, working at search and rescue stations, and instructing law enforcement personnel with PACAREA Training Team One.

Morales earned her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law and has been licensed to practice law since 1997. She began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Brian Quinn at the Seventh Court of Appeals before entering private practice. Beyond her legal career, she hosted the consumer-focused radio show By the Back Fence and serves on the Board of Directors of Orion Online Learning, supporting accessible K–12 education. A proud native Texan, she enjoys life in West Texas and has a deep appreciation for jazz.
