Robert Morse is a Texas attorney and partner with extensive experience in personal injury litigation, insurance disputes, and complex commercial litigation. A native Texan, he earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University before managing litigation and fraud investigations for one of the country’s largest property and casualty insurance companies. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Houston Law School, Robert joined Fulbright & Jaworski, where he represented major corporations and did not lose a jury trial during his tenure. He later joined ConocoPhillips, supervising catastrophic litigation matters across multiple states and countries.
Robert’s background in corporate litigation and insurance investigations gives him valuable insight into how major companies and insurance carriers operate. He represents clients in complex personal injury and insurance matters, has obtained substantial trial verdicts and settlements, and has resolved hundreds of first-party insurance cases arising from major storms. In a recent 12-month period, his trial verdicts and settlements exceeded $100 million. Robert has also served on committees at the request of the Texas Supreme Court and currently serves on the Houston-area Grievance Committee for the State Bar of Texas. Outside his legal practice, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
