Kendall Castello is a criminal defense attorney and co-founder of MC Criminal Law, bringing decades of prosecutorial and administrative experience to criminal defense in North Texas. Before entering private defense practice, he served as Administrative Chief at the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office, overseeing multiple felony district courts, the family violence division, and the child abuse division while managing a $49 million budget. His leadership earned him recognition as Administrator of the Year in 2016.
Kendall has extensive trial experience, having handled cases resulting in jury verdicts involving capital murder, murder, drug offenses, and family violence. He also previously served as Criminal Law Chair of the Dallas Bar Association and remains actively involved in the legal community. He earned his undergraduate degree with honors in Biblical Text from Abilene Christian University and his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law.
