Gwen is an experienced trial attorney who has litigated cases in state and federal courts and before arbitrators across the United States. Her practice includes insurance litigation, commercial disputes, employment matters, and catastrophic death and personal injury cases. She has represented Fortune 100 companies, including pharmaceutical companies, automobile manufacturers, trucking companies, and insurance and reinsurance providers in high-exposure litigation. Gwen also assists small and medium-sized businesses with partnership disputes, business divorces, and other commercial litigation matters.
Before co-founding Calhoun, Bhella & Sechrest in 2010, Gwen practiced with a large international law firm.
