Allan Tarleton

Allan Tarleton is a Texas attorney who is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Before establishing his own firm, he worked with prominent trust and estate law firms in Houston and Dallas. His practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and trust administration, serving clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals and families to those with more modest estates. He provides personalized legal solutions designed around each client's family goals, assets, potential tax obligations, and individual needs.

Allan assists clients with wills, powers of attorney, estate and gift tax planning, tax return preparation, charitable planned giving, asset protection, and business succession planning. Before his legal career, Allan served as a U.S. Marine Corps artillery officer and assistant operations officer, attaining the rank of Captain.
