Josh Reyna

Josh Reyna is the Founder and Owner of Texas Estate Plans and a licensed Texas attorney and certified mediator. A proud seventh-generation Texan, he is committed to serving clients and the Central Texas community. Before focusing on his legal practice, Josh spent 15 years working in the Texas Legislature, advising state representatives and senators on the development and implementation of state laws. He also has extensive experience managing and consulting on political campaigns at the state, federal, and local levels, including multimillion-dollar campaigns.

Josh earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, graduating magna cum laude from St. Edward’s University. At Texas Estate Plans, his primary focus is wills, trusts, and comprehensive estate planning. He also provides estate mediation services on a limited basis, along with legal representation and counsel in personal injury, business formation, insurance matters, and campaign law. Josh combines his knowledge of Texas law, legislative experience, and strategic problem-solving skills to provide legal guidance to his clients.
