Richard McGee has practiced criminal defense in Nashville since 1983, following four years with the Nashville Public Defender’s Office, where he served as an Assistant Public Defender from 1978 to 1982 and Senior Public Defender from 1982 to 1983. He has practiced at The Law Office of Richard McGee since 1983.
McGee is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Harry Phillips American Inn of Court, Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
