Family Law Attorney in Nashville, Tennessee
Rachel S. Upshaw has been helping protect Nashville families since 2006. She graduated from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in Memphis, where she clerked for Judge Karen R. Williams. After graduation, Rachel worked at another Middle Tennessee law firm before joining Miller Upshaw Family Law, PLLC. She has received several awards for her work with clients and has been involved with the Lawyers Association for Women and the Belmont American Inn of Court.
In 2017, Rachel traveled to Washington, D.C. with the nonprofit organization ZERO TO THREE to advocate for Tennessee families. During the trip, she advocated for greater flexibility in maternity leave and increased access to quality child care and pediatric care. Outside of her professional work, Rachel enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and children.
