Kevin Kennedy is a Nashville-based criminal defense attorney who earned his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School. He began his legal career as a prosecutor with the Nashville-Davidson County District Attorney’s Office, where he spent three years handling domestic violence charges and later prosecuting complex violent felonies and other felony and misdemeanor cases in Criminal Court Division 1.
Kevin served as lead prosecutor on numerous first-degree murder cases, handling matters from investigation and arrest through jury trial. After entering private practice, he focused on criminal defense and draws on his experience with prosecution and law enforcement practices to advocate for clients.
