Bryan Stephenson is a Tennessee criminal defense attorney who has practiced law since 2004 and serves clients throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee. He represents clients facing felony and misdemeanor charges, including DUI, assault, domestic violence, theft, drug charges, probation violations, and alcohol-related offenses. Before entering criminal defense, Bryan served as an Assistant District Attorney for Davidson County, giving him insight into the criminal justice system.
Bryan is also an adjunct professor at Lipscomb University, where he primarily teaches Legal Research & Reasoning, and frequently lectures to attorneys at legal seminars across Tennessee. He is a life member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has served as a board member and Ethics Committee chairperson.
