With a legal career spanning more than five decades, Mr. Spry has provided trusted counsel to public school districts since 1973, serving as both solicitor and special counsel. He has advised school boards, administrators, and educational institutions on a wide range of matters, including policy development, contract negotiations, governance issues, and regulatory compliance. He has also represented clients before state and local agencies as well as courts throughout Pennsylvania.
A respected leader in the legal community, Mr. Spry is a former president of the Northampton County Bar Association and previously chaired its Law and Family Court Rules Committee. He also serves on a hearing panel for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Board, contributing his experience and insight to the legal profession.
Mr. Spry’s distinguished career has earned him numerous honors and recognitions. He has been named a Super Lawyer, holds the prestigious AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America for his work in family law. His accomplishments have also been acknowledged through inclusion in Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in American Law.
In 2019, Mr. Spry was honored as a Distinguished Graduate by Moravian College during its Night of Stars event, recognizing his professional achievements and contributions to the community.
