Sean Stephens is the founding shareholder of OneTec Family Law, PC and a fourth-generation Oregonian born in Eugene. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in English Literature from the University of Oregon, with an emphasis on early childhood development. He graduated from Willamette College of Law in Salem in 1994 and began his career in private practice.
Sean was a founding partner of Stephens & Margolin LLP, where he practiced for 13 years until the firm’s dissolution in 2021. He founded OneTec Family Law, PC to provide family law services while incorporating modern technology into client representation. He also founded the Oregon Divorce Blog, which covers divorce, family law, and collaborative divorce law in Oregon.
