MacDaniel E. Reynolds is the CEO and founder of Reynolds Defense Firm and has specialized in Oregon criminal law for more than 25 years. He served as a Multnomah County Deputy District Attorney, where he handled hundreds of trials, made charging decisions on thousands of cases, and advised and trained police officers on criminal investigations and arrests. He now focuses on criminal defense, particularly DUII matters, using his prosecutorial experience to represent clients.
MacDaniel earned an Associate in Applied Science in Environmental Technology from Paul Smith’s College in 1992, a Bachelor of Science in Forest Engineering from SUNY ESF at Syracuse University in 1995, and his law degree from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College. He has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1998 and the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association since 2003.
