Marcus P. Mears is a founding partner of Cunningham & Mears who represents injured victims in Oklahoma in injury law and insurance litigation. He was selected to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum for serving as lead counsel in multiple seven-figure injury cases. Marcus has maintained an active litigation practice in state and federal courts throughout Oklahoma since trying his first jury trial as a second-year law student.
Marcus earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he received the American Jurisprudence Award and was a member of the 1996 National Trial Team, Luther Bohannon American Inn of Court, and Civil and Criminal Defense Clinics. Born and raised in Oklahoma, Marcus spends time outside the office on his farm in Meeker and with his daughters.
