Laura Neal Originally from the United Kingdom, this attorney earned an English degree from the University of Leicester in 2004 and was called to the bar in 2007. In 2008, she began working in Oklahoma through a four-month internship focused on death penalty cases. This experience led to an opportunity with the Public Defender’s Office and prompted her to remain in Oklahoma.
While in Oklahoma, she pursued further legal studies and became a naturalized citizen. She is also a parent of two children and participates in her school’s Parent-Teacher Association.
