Kellen Bubach joined Maring Williams Law Office in 2020, focusing on representing individuals injured in accidents and families who have lost loved ones due to accidents or medical malpractice. Before joining the firm, he practiced for more than eight years at Finley Law Firm in Des Moines, Iowa, primarily defending complex professional negligence cases. Kellen is licensed to practice in North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska and serves on the North Dakota State Bar Association’s Joint Procedure Committee.
Originally from West Fargo, North Dakota, Kellen graduated cum laude from Jamestown College with double majors in Biology and Liberal Arts Business Studies and a minor in Chemistry. He earned his law degree with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2011. During law school, he served as Administrative Editor of the Journal of Corporation Law, participated in moot court, and served as a student judge for appellate advocacy. He also contributes to youth sports in his community.
