Andrew Finkelstein is the Managing Partner of Finkelstein & Partners, LLP and a nationally recognized personal injury trial attorney. He has dedicated his career to representing victims of catastrophic injuries and wrongful death, securing numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements, including a record $50 million confidential settlement, a $31 million jury verdict, and a $13.5 million motor vehicle accident settlement.
Mr. Finkelstein currently serves as the 58th President of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA) and is the Executive Chairman and faculty member of Trial School, a nonprofit organization that trains trial lawyers nationwide.
A respected legal educator, he has lectured at Harvard Law School, Brooklyn Law School, and major national legal conferences. He is also the author of I HopeWe NeverMeet, a #1 New YorkTimes bestselling book.
