Brendan is a dedicated St. Louis attorney who represents clients in criminal law, municipal law, and family law. As a former Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, he brings valuable insight into the criminal justice system and understands how prosecutors evaluate and handle cases. This experience allows him to develop effective legal strategies and advocate for the best possible outcome for his clients.
A native of St. Louis, Brendan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southwest Baptist University before earning his Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law. During law school, he completed internships with three Prosecuting Attorneys' Offices, where he gained extensive experience with misdemeanor and felony cases across multiple jurisdictions. His legal analysis of the Missouri v. McNeely DWI case was published by the University of Pittsburgh School of Law while the case was pending before the United States Supreme Court.
Brendan is committed to providing knowledgeable, responsive, and personalized legal representation. He works closely with every client to protect their rights, explain their legal options, and guide them through each stage of the legal process with professionalism and dedication.
Outside of his legal practice, Brendan enjoys supporting the St. Louis Cardinals and has served as both an American Legion baseball player and volunteer coach.
