Peter G. Calabrese is the founder and Managing Attorney of Calabrese Law Associates, which he established in 2012. He has grown the firm from a single Boston office into a multi-location Massachusetts practice with offices in Boston and Burlington. The firm serves clients through five practice groups: business law, construction law, real estate law, litigation, and investment law. Calabrese maintains an active appellate litigation practice and handles complex, high-stakes disputes. In addition to managing his own caseload, he oversees the firm’s strategic direction, attorney recruitment and mentorship, and overall operations.
Before founding Calabrese Law Associates, Calabrese practiced at a major Boston law firm, representing international investment banks in complex securities fraud and contract litigation. This experience continues to inform his approach to commercial disputes. During law school, he clerked for the Honorable David D. Livingston and graduated at the top of his class. Earlier in his career, he served as a Legislative Counsel Assistant in the Massachusetts State Senate under then-Minority Leader Bruce E. Tarr, gaining experience with legislative and regulatory processes that informs his administrative law practice. Calabrese has been featured in Forbes, Fortune, and Boston Magazine and contributes to Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE).
