Sean Brennan is a personal injury attorney at 267 Team, with experience in personal injury litigation and commercial litigation. Born in Omaha, Nebraska, he earned a degree in Political Science from Doane College. Before attending law school, Sean worked on the Senate and campaign staff of former Nebraska Senator J. Robert Kerrey. He received his law degree from the University of Kansas in 2000 and began his legal career representing insurance companies in personal injury defense and commercial litigation. In 2003, he transitioned to representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, giving him experience from both sides of personal injury litigation.
Sean is licensed to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. He has tried numerous cases in Kansas district courts and Wichita's federal district court. In addition to his trial practice, Sean has presented at legal seminars and continuing education events. He is a member of the Wichita, Kansas, and American Bar Associations, the Kansas Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. Outside his legal practice, he enjoys coaching youth athletic teams and participating in community organizations.
