Phil Truitt joined Truitt Law Offices in 2018 after earning his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. His connection to the firm began in childhood, as his father, Richard, established the firm more than 40 years ago. Phil started working at the firm during high school and continued handling client intake and management responsibilities throughout law school. Today, he combines his legal practice with administrative responsibilities for the firm's three Indiana offices, including client intake, marketing, and case management. The firm focuses exclusively on personal injury cases, emphasizing personalized service and client support.
Phil earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Manchester University in 2015. During his studies, he served as a legal intern in the Northern District of Indiana Federal Defenders office and as president of the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law Environmental Law Society. He values helping clients navigate difficult situations by providing guidance and reassurance. Outside work, Phil enjoys hiking, fishing, exploring national parks, motorcycling, and automobiles.
