Lead Attorney Attorney Kevin E. Dehghani was admitted to the Bar of the State of Connecticut in April, 1997. His main areas of practice are immigration, medical malpractice and personal injury law. In his immigration practice he represents clients in all types of visa applications, asylum applications, naturalization applications, labor certifications and work visas, family-based green card applications and deportation defense. He also represents immigration clients in appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and Administrative Appeals Office, as well as the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, where he has had multiple victories, some precedent setting. Prior to establishing Dehghani & Associates, LLC, he was an associate with Solomon, Krupnikoff and Wyskiel, P.C. in Meriden, CT, where he established the firm's immigration practice. He has served as an adjunct professor of International Law and presented at numerous immigration law seminars.
