Ross E. Shanberg

Ross E. Shanberg is a Newport Beach employment attorney and Partner at Shanberg Stafford LLP. His practice focuses on employment law, wage and hour disputes, discrimination, wrongful termination, workplace harassment, employee leave and benefits, and employment-related class actions.

Mr. Shanberg represents both employees and management in state and federal employment matters and advises employers regarding compliance with state and federal employment laws. His litigation practice also includes consumer class actions and claims involving unfair competition, consumer protection, false advertising, and the False Claims Act.

Mr. Shanberg has appeared before California state and federal courts, the California Labor Commissioner, and the U.S. Department of Labor in employment disputes. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1992 and received his J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1995.

He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1995 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
