Family Law Attorney
Matthew S. Buttacavoli is a Newport Beach family law attorney and Partner at Minyard Morris LLP. He focuses his practice on Orange County family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, paternity, restraining orders, and other complex family law disputes.
Mr. Buttacavoli previously handled general civil litigation, business and contract disputes, products liability, construction defects, real estate, mortgage and finance matters, wrongful death, torts, and appeals. He earned his B.A.
from the University of California, Irvine, in 1995, graduating magna cum laude, and received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1999, graduating cum laude. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1999 and is also admitted to the federal courts in California and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Buttacavoli is a Certified Specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization and has participated in advanced family law trial and business valuation programs.
