Criminal Law Attorney
Jeff Tatch is a Newport Beach criminal defense attorney and founder of the Law Offices of Jeff Tatch. He has practiced criminal law for more than 27 years, handling cases throughout Orange County and surrounding Southern California counties.
His primary areas of practice include DUI and DMV defense, along with felony and misdemeanor criminal matters. His practice also covers domestic violence, drug crimes, theft, juvenile defense, federal and appellate matters, and criminal record expungement. Mr. Tatch has conducted more than 85 state and federal jury trials during his career. Before establishing his private practice, he worked as a certified law clerk with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and later as a criminal defense attorney.
He earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of California, San Diego, in 1994 and received his J.D. from Western State University, School of Law, in 1998. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1999.
