Family Law Attorney
Steven K. Yoda is a Los Angeles family law attorney and Partner at Walzer Melcher & Yoda LLP. He focuses his practice on complex family law matters involving high-net-worth individuals, business owners, professional athletes, and other clients. His practice includes divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, financial issues, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Before focusing on family law, Mr. Yoda spent approximately 10 years as a corporate and white-collar criminal litigator, handling matters involving business torts, insurance recovery, intellectual property, securities, antitrust, employment law, and real estate. He earned his B.A.
in History from Stanford University in 1999 and his M.A. in History from Stanford in 2000. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2004 and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005. Mr. Yoda became a California Certified Family Law Specialist in 2021 and has served in leadership roles with several legal organizations.
