Trust Attorney
Scott E. Rahn is a Los Angeles attorney and Founding Partner of RMO LLP, focusing his practice on trust, estate, and probate litigation. He represents heirs, beneficiaries, trustees, executors, conservators, and other fiduciaries in disputes involving trusts and estates. His practice includes will and trust contests, contested inheritance matters, fiduciary disputes, conservatorship litigation, financial elder abuse, undue influence, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.
Mr. Rahn earned his B.A. in Spanish and International Latin American Relations from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 1999 and received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2002. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2002 and is also admitted in the District of Columbia and Texas.
Mr. Rahn founded RMO LLP in 2015, building a practice focused on trust and estate disputes. His work and legal commentary have received recognition from organizations including Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, Chambers & Partners, and Lawdragon.
