Roxanna Watrous

Roxanna Watrous is a Senior Attorney at Wade Litigation with experience in family law, civil litigation, probate, business litigation, and real estate matters. She began her legal career in civil litigation, working on business disputes, intellectual property matters, and real estate litigation, including mortgage foreclosure cases.

Her practice later expanded to trust and estate planning and family law. Roxanna earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

She is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California. Her legal work includes divorce, child custody, probate litigation, business disputes, real estate litigation, and appellate matters.

Roxanna has also been involved with the Orange County Women’s Lawyers Association and previously served on its board. She provides legal guidance to clients navigating complex family, civil, probate, and business-related disputes.
