Mr. Slates has held the AV Peer Review Rating for more than 25 years. He has been named a Southern California Super Lawyer from 2007 through 2023.
Mr. Slates received his BA in 1965 from the University of California at Los Angeles. Mr. Slates received his JD from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1968. He attended King’s College, University of London, England, where he received his LL.M. in 1974.
