Nicholas Loncar is a Los Angeles criminal defense attorney and founder of the Law Offices of Nicholas Loncar. His practice focuses on defending individuals facing felony and misdemeanor charges throughout Southern California.
He handles a broad range of criminal matters, including DUI, drug crimes, theft, violent crimes, weapons offenses, sex crimes, domestic violence, juvenile cases, and serious charges such as homicide and attempted murder. Nicholas earned his B.A. in Economics and Philosophy from the College of William & Mary in 2008 and received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law in 2011.
He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2012 and is also admitted in Texas. Before establishing his Los Angeles practice, Nicholas worked with public defender organizations in San Diego, Philadelphia, and New Jersey, gaining experience in felony and federal criminal defense. He opened his Los Angeles office in 2012 and has since focused his practice on criminal defense and related legal matters.
