Michelle Rapoport

Michelle Rapoport is a Los Angeles employment attorney and Supervising Attorney at California United Law Group, bringing two decades of experience to employment litigation. Her practice focuses on workplace discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, class actions, and PAGA claims.

Ms. Rapoport began her legal career representing employers and later became a partner at a national employment defense firm, where she handled complex employment matters in state and federal courts. She also served as General Counsel for a multi-state company, gaining experience with employment policies, internal complaints, litigation strategy, and risk management.

Ms. Rapoport now represents employees in disputes involving unlawful workplace treatment and employment-related claims. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1998 and received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2006. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2006 and is also admitted to several federal courts.
