Immigration Law Attorney
Marcelo Gondim is the founder and president of Gondim Law Corp., an immigration law firm based in Los Angeles. With more than 21 years of legal experience, Marcelo focuses on U.S. immigration law and has practiced in this area since 2010. Before practicing in the United States, he worked as an attorney in Brazil, bringing international legal experience to his immigration practice. As an immigrant himself, Marcelo has personal experience with the immigration process.
His practice includes employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, removal defense, immigration court proceedings, and federal appeals. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of Salvador in Brazil in 1993. Marcelo is licensed by the State Bar of California and admitted to the U.S.
District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and serves clients in a range of complex U.S. immigration matters.
