Jared R. Sohn

Jared R. Sohn is the Founder and Managing Attorney of California United Law Group, focusing his practice on employment and labor law throughout California. He handles matters involving wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, disability discrimination, wage and hour disputes, PAGA claims, and class actions.

Before founding California United Law Group, Mr. Sohn represented both employers and employees at established labor and employment law firms, including an employment defense firm. He also spent two years working with an elite trial team on high-stakes commercial litigation and government investigations involving federal agencies.

Mr. Sohn earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2019 after completing a B.B.A. in Business Law at the University of Miami Herbert Business School, with an additional concentration in Political Science. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2020 and is also admitted to several federal courts. He practices in state and federal forums across California.
