H. Michael Soroy

H. Michael Soroy is a Los Angeles attorney and Partner with extensive experience in business law and the international business community. Admitted to practice in California since 1991, he has more than 35 years of legal experience and is also admitted to federal courts in California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Soroy holds a J.D. from Northrop University School of Law, an M.B.A. from Northrop University in Los Angeles, and a B.A.

from the University of Oslo, where he graduated cum laude. He also studied as an exchange student at Warsaw University. His combined legal and business education has supported his work with business-oriented and international clients.

Mr. Soroy is a member of the State Bar of California and Los Angeles County Bar Association and serves as an attorney member of the Business Law Panel of LACBA's Lawyer Referral and Information Services. He was appointed Norway's Honorary Consul in Los Angeles in 2010.
