J. Eric Price is a Los Angeles immigration attorney and founder of Attorney Eric Price, focusing exclusively on federal immigration law. His practice covers deportation defense, permanent residency and green card matters, adjustment of status, asylum, family-based immigration, U visas, DACA, waivers, and other immigration proceedings.
Mr. Price previously served as an Assistant Chief Counsel with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Los Angeles, where he handled immigration court cases and developed experience in federal immigration enforcement.
He has represented more than 1,000 cases in immigration courts and has handled appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Price earned his B.S. in International Economics from the University of Florida in 2000 and received his J.D.
with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2006 and is admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
