Brie Mills

Brie Mills is a Los Angeles employment attorney and Managing Partner at MSD Lawyers, where she focuses on employment litigation and related workplace disputes. Her practice includes matters involving sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, retaliation, and other employment-related claims. Brie began her legal career at Latham & Watkins LLP after graduating from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she earned her J.D. magna cum laude and was a member of the Order of the Coif in 2011.

Before law school, she earned a B.A. in Hispanic Studies from Boston College in 2007. Brie has developed litigation experience through work on complex business matters, including securities litigation and contract disputes, before concentrating her practice on employment law at MSD Lawyers.

She is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
