Malosack Berjis

Malosack Berjis is a founding and managing partner of BERJIS | MYERS, PLC, where she focuses on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. She began representing injured individuals and their families after being admitted to the California Bar in 2012. Her practice includes serious injury cases arising from automobile, motorcycle, bicycle, pedestrian, and trucking collisions, as well as wrongful death matters.

Before founding her own practice and co-founding BERJIS | MYERS, Malosack worked for more than eight years as a law clerk at the Los Angeles Superior Court, gaining extensive experience with civil litigation and court procedures. She also completed legal externships with a Los Angeles Superior Court civil judge and the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office.

Malosack earned a B.A. in History from California State University, Long Beach, and a J.D. from Trinity Law School. She is admitted to practice in California and federal courts in the Central and Eastern Districts of California.
