Mark L. Deniz is a criminal defense attorney serving Escondido and North County San Diego. He has practiced criminal law since 2003 and brings more than two decades of experience to cases involving DUI, drug charges, domestic violence, theft, burglary, criminal threats, warrants, and other misdemeanor and felony matters.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Deniz served as a Deputy District Attorney in Tulare County and a Deputy City Attorney in San Diego, gaining extensive experience on the prosecution side of criminal cases.
His Escondido office provides representation to clients navigating the California criminal justice system, including matters heard in the Vista Courthouse and throughout San Diego County.
