Family Law Attorney
Andrea K. Shoup is the Managing Attorney of Shoup Legal and a California State Bar Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2002 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from California Western School of Law in 2006.
After law school, Andrea served as a Deputy District Attorney with the San Diego District Attorney’s Office, where she handled felony trial matters.
In 2012, she opened her own practice and later focused exclusively on estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration.
Andrea provides personalized legal guidance to individuals, families, and business owners throughout Southern California, helping clients develop plans that address their assets, wishes, and long-term goals.
