Victoria Mas

Victoria Magali is an Associate Attorney at Setareh Law Group, where she focuses on employment litigation, wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, and FCRA matters. Her work includes reviewing settlement agreements, assisting with settlement approval, and helping advance class and representative action cases toward resolution. Before joining Setareh Law Group, Victoria gained experience in commercial litigation and matters involving employment-related issues for executives, giving her exposure to workplace disputes from multiple perspectives.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2025 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Film, magna cum laude, from Fordham University in 2021. During law school, she competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and advanced to the U.S.

East Regional quarterfinals before qualifying for the 2025 White & Case International Rounds. Victoria is admitted to practice law in California and works with employees on complex workplace matters.
