Kristina Lesik is a founding partner of KLM Immigration Law and a licensed attorney in good standing in California and Quebec, Canada. She previously practiced corporate and civil litigation at a leading Montreal law firm, handling matters involving real estate transactions, leasing disputes, construction and liability issues, contracts, estate and succession matters, and debt recovery. Kristina also served as a Judicial Extern at the Los Angeles Superior Court, assisting a Probate Court Judge.
She earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Montreal, a Master’s degree in Business Law from UCLA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from McGill University. Drawing on her personal immigration experiences and professional involvement in immigration matters, she now focuses her practice on immigration law, including student visas, work visas, and investor immigration. She is fluent in English, French, Russian, and Hebrew.
