Jim Bulger

Jim Bulger is a Beverly Hills personal injury attorney and co-founder of Seber Bulger LLP. He focuses his practice on representing individuals who have suffered serious injuries, including catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, elder abuse, and sexual abuse.

Jim began his legal career as a corporate bankruptcy attorney at Milbank, representing banks, hedge funds, and creditors in major corporate bankruptcy matters. He later transitioned to plaintiff-side litigation, where he handled complex medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases.

Today, he uses his litigation experience to advocate for individuals and families affected by negligence and wrongdoing. Jim earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2003 and is licensed to practice in California and New York.
