Founding Attorney of Focus Law, Principal Business Trial Attorney Tony T. Liu is the founding attorney of Focus Law and its principal business trial attorney. Growing up, he watched his parents suffer through ill-fated business partnerships, and that experience led him to become a lawyer dedicated to helping others navigate the complexities of business relationships. Admitted to the California State Bar in 2003, he represents individuals and businesses across California in real estate, corporate, business, and commercial transactions and litigation, appearing in administrative hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
Beyond the courtroom, he serves as a strategic advisor, and his 'Focus Law Model' delivers dynamic, responsive general counsel service to companies that don't want the cost of a fixed in-house legal department. Working both proactively and reactively, he steers clients clear of legal entanglements and guides them through challenges that arise. Tony is also a husband, father, and active member of the Orange County and Los Angeles County communities.
