Paul H. Kang

Paul is the founder of KANG LAW and brings experience in criminal prosecution, civil litigation, and healthcare defense. He graduated cum laude from UCLA in 2000 and earned a Master of Divinity from Westminster Seminary as a Hebron Scholarship recipient. He received his legal education at Pepperdine University, where he was awarded the Dean’s Excellence Scholarship and externed for the Honorable Barry Russel before serving as a certified law clerk for the district attorney’s office. Paul began his legal career as a prosecutor, gaining trial experience in criminal matters, and later defended Fortune 500 companies in civil litigation.

He subsequently focused on defending healthcare providers, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, doctors, and nurses, in professional negligence, elder abuse, fraud, and breach of contract matters. He established KANG LAW to provide individuals with compassionate counsel and advocacy informed by his experience representing corporations and healthcare providers.
