Joshua Allton

Joshua Allton is a Senior Trial Attorney at the Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, specializing in personal injury litigation. Licensed in California since December 2017, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving construction defects, subrogation, insurance defense, lemon law, habitability, catastrophic bodily injury, and wrongful death. His previous experience includes representing a major vehicle manufacturer and defending insureds in high-exposure bodily injury claims for insurance companies.

This civil defense experience gives Joshua insight into insurance defense strategies and the handling of bodily injury claims. Before and during law school, he clerked with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in Long Beach, assisting with cases involving homicide, sexual assault, and crimes against children. He also brings extensive public speaking and performing arts experience to his courtroom practice.
