Joseph Ricks

Joseph Ricks is an Arizona attorney with more than 10 years of legal experience and a background in criminal prosecution and litigation. Before joining Katsarelis Law, he served with the Pima County Attorney’s Office, where he handled a wide range of criminal matters and developed substantial courtroom experience. Mr. Ricks has completed more than 100 trials, including over 40 jury trials, providing him with extensive experience in trial preparation, courtroom advocacy, and complex litigation.

He joined Katsarelis Law in 2024 and focuses on representing clients in criminal defense matters. His practice involves helping clients understand their legal options and providing representation throughout the criminal justice process.

Mr. Ricks brings a litigation-focused approach to each case, with attention to preparation, legal analysis, and courtroom strategy. His experience as both a prosecutor and defense attorney provides a broad perspective on criminal proceedings and the legal issues clients may face.
