Eric Burkett

Eric Burkett is the Department Chair of Criminal Defense at BF Quackenbush Law, representing clients in Alaska and Ohio. His practice focuses on criminal defense matters, including DUI, assault and battery, drug charges, theft and property crimes, weapons misconduct, domestic violence, and felony and misdemeanor offenses. Mr. Burkett provides legal representation throughout the criminal process, from investigations and pretrial proceedings through trial.

He works to protect clients’ constitutional rights, challenge evidence, and develop defense strategies based on the circumstances of each case. As the leader of BFQ Law’s criminal defense team, he handles a broad range of criminal matters and helps clients understand their legal options when facing criminal allegations.

His practice is centered on criminal law and courtroom advocacy, with representation tailored to the specific charges and legal issues involved in each case.
